Formula E has announced that TDK will be the new title partner for the Tokyo E-Prix.

The E-Prix is now set to be a night race in Japan’s capital, also home to TDK.

The new collaboration will see the launch of a new digital content series, showcasing the synergy between TDK’s advanced technologies and the world of Formula E.

Speaking to Formula E, Jeff Dodds, CEO of Formula E, said: ” Their commitment to supporting engineering students also ensures that this partnership leaves a lasting legacy on the future of the industry.”

Noboru Saito, CEO of TDK, said: ” TDK aims to become a trusted and essential partner at the heart of the automotive industry, strategically positioned in future mobility, vehicle electrification, and data-driven intelligence.”

TDK’s mission is to contribute to societal transformation through the accumulation of advanced technologies.
